One of my favorite things to do when I have some free time is looking at other people's Wishlists! It's fun to see what's trending and neat stuff you can put in your apartment and probably not use after a month. I try to keep things on my Wishlist that I know I'll love for a long time. I can't remember the last time I actually purchased something from my Wishlist, so I thought since I won't be able to really do reviews on any of these things anytime soon - I'd just share what I've been drooling over to you all.
All of these nifty things listed below are from Etsy - my favorite place to browse for swoon-worthy items that I just have to have in my life. I included a link to the shops where you can check out these awesome items. Enjoy!
If I could, I'd change my phone case everyday. Unfortunately, I'm dirt poor and can't afford that. So instead, I drool over cases I hope to one day own - like these two!
HOW CUTE ARE THESE PLANTERS THOUGH? Bulbasaur planters in any color you want? Your inner trainer can be released right in your backyard. It's a dream come true. (For me, at least. You all probably have bigger dreams then this.)
Beautiful prism crescent moon piece to hang up at your pad. ; - ;
To stay with the moon obsession, how minimal and elegant is this ring? I'd wear this everyday.
I am usually always wearing socks. I hate bare feet, even if it's really hot. They're gross, okay? I prefer wearing socks all the time, even around the house. Slippers are a MUST for me and these are so dainty and "foxy" - haha, get it?
Decorations are a necessity around my apartment. I never associated garlands to be all year decorations until recently - so I definitely want to pick some up in the near future. The gold would tie together my color scheme perfectly:
I'm an art nerd. I love Sailor Moon. I love minimalism. Those three things combined result in this epic find:
This would fit in just lovely with my geeky personality and fondness of tacky items:
Looking through all of this shop's earrings, I would buy any of them. I narrowed it down to my top two: Tobias from Arrested Development and Nicolas Cage, clearly.
I've been looking for new bedding and if I had a hundred extra bucks, this would be what I'd choose, no doubt. My two favorite colors + Octopus tentacles? Bliss.
I'm a naturally organized person, or I try to be. I love the convenience of today's technology with calendars + reminders, but I enjoy writing things out the old fashioned way. I always have a physical planner with me, even in 2015. I fell in love with this one because this is something I've definitely said to myself in the past to get out of bed.
To go back to tacky but in a design-y way, how sweet are these oversized clothespins? I'd put these in my bathroom for sure!
I haven't even worn a bathing suit this year so far..which is pathetic since I live in Southern California. But, I would rock this in a second! #mermaidlife
Yeah, I don't like feet, as I said earlier. I own one pair of open toed shoes and I only wear them if absolutely necessary. But..these are classy looking! My feet probably wouldn't be as normal looking as the picture's, but I think these are really classy and cute.
I think these are a good "in-between" for my hatred of showing feet but still staying cool in this humid, disgustingly hot weather. (WHERE is October?) I think these would be just perfect either casually or for a more formal event, and I'm all about versatility yo.
So, there ya go! A little Wishlist action for anybody that shares my enjoyment of looking at stuff we all want but can't afford. Hey - if you're reading this and are a rich millionaire (That's redundant, yeah. Whatever.) feel free to surprise me with something from my Favorites on Etsy! I'm just under my name, Julia Kennedy. I'm thinking of doing an all Geek Wishlist next - with features from ThinkGeek, M&M, Loot Crate, and so on. What's your Wishlist looking like right now? Comment below with what you absolutely have to have but can only dream about and remember to #staynerdy!
